100ms is even a little high for vlan, but its not awful. i've played counterstrike at 120ms (public wifi) and it was at least playable. frustrating, but playable. for other types of games that dont require fast twitch precise movements it would be fine.
my 360 red ringed about 6 months ago and i didnt get any "coffin" to ship it back in. I packaged it myself and had to print a shipping label for it. i also received my replacement xbox a few days later so im not complaining as much as i am surprised that there was a coffin to begin with.
briefcase with foam inserts!
how do you do a 3D gesture on a 2D touch screen? do we have to hold in a special button for the Z-axis? that would be retarded and awkward
it saves space. the acer aspire one does the same. you get used to it. if you cant handle one small change, you probably shouldnt be looking into something this small anyway.
This is sort of a kick in the crotch way to do it, but if people are going to be buying new hardware that is capable of running vista, but refuse to buy it, they will be using xp for the rest of their lives and holding back the development of drivers and software for future operating systems because software and hardware designers will have to make sure all their stuff still works on xp.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
