wow, finally I found somebody on engadget who actually manages to perceive things in their true colors :) i mean seriously, here in Japan most of the phones beat the rest of the world with their superior hardware, but when it boils down to the kick ass phone, it's not how many megapixel it has, but the ease of usability and simplicity (not necessarily stripping down their features). That's why I prefer the iPhone over the Japanese phones here, no matter how "kakkoii" the newly released phones are, iPhone still tops them... The only thing that I do hate about iPhone is the pricing :))
Well here in Japan most of the phones beat the shit out of regular phones, and Nokia although was trying hard, failed entering the market (yet iPhone proved to be successful, due to its inferior features I guess).
My problem with Nokias is their design (both the phone's and the GUI). I just never "got it"
I would insist on releasing a floppy disk version as well, I just love those gif pictures from the 90s... But seriously, why would they release a combo of soon-to-be-outdated DVD player? Especially as everybody's got one already... I say fail...
could somebody please remove Matt's facewarmer? he just woke up from coma..
