I'm gonna get Splosion Man, only because Joystiq told me to.
I had the first gen PSP and loved it. I ultimately got rid of it a year later because it was too damn expensive to get new games while also getting games for my xbox, computer... Too bad it's a great piece of equipment.

For all the DD haters, the gaming industry wants it (except for gamestop and gamefly) and many consumers want it. I personally love it. I live in a rural area and the best buy is a half hour away, I'm too busy with life to get good use out of gamefly, and I dont give a crap about sharing games with others. DD is just too convenient and when places like steam have sales, I don't have to get my bony ass to the store to take advantage. Not to mention less carbon footprint from production and logistics.

No one cares about your gaming trophy case and the industry would get more money in sales if gamestop wasn't re-selling their shiat. The more money the studios get the better budjets they can place on AAA stuff (or profit mongering).

DD FTW!!!
Bastards, that was entirely unprofessional.
This guy aint gettin no puss...
Whether the case has hole in it or not water would get in through the opening. And for insects, why don't you try cleaning your room and washing your dishes.
Fucking A Right +1
You people and your need for trophy cases.Game cases just need to go away, Digital Distribution FTW!
Wow saying the phrase "Sony Pony" 3 times on a message board early in the summer really struck a nerve. People need to lighten up and your response only gives more strentgh to a really stupid phrase.

Any hoo the general console owning public doesn't give a crap about capacity size of media, they want fun games to play and at this point both consoles are doing a great job.

Sony was slow out of the gate because of BR. Whether you think BR is the best or whatever, BR is the reason PS3 took so long to get where it is now. Developers had to figure out how the games integrated with the media. Access rates on the games were slow enough where owners had to install games on the HD to get better load times and most importantly it gave the PS3 a bad price point at the wrong time with the recession.
Ruh Roh I should have come back sooner...

My BR optional comment was really meant for when the PS3 first came out. They are in no position to do something like that now and I believe it would very confusing if implemented.

If they did it in the beginning they could of gotten a lot more people in at a smaller price point and gave them an optional upgrade.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
