When I have children, they WILL have one of these. /twitterwhore
Soooo....basically it's an all-touch droid?

I can dig it (I mean, I personally prefer a hardware keyboard, but this would give an option to those who don't)
People have different standards of attractiveness. Verizon is basically giving a big 'ole fuck you to Apple having everyone on the planet convinced that the way they do things is the only way to do them.

Personally I think the droid looks alot better than the iphone. I like for there to be SOME level of personality to a device. The iphone doesn't look good because it's so obnoxiously minimalist that it doesn't look like anything.
Competition = Good

Take those same 15 people, replace their ipods with zunes for a week and see what happens.
I miss when B96 was good (back when people listened to radio)
I've been using the beta and I'm really impressed. It's not too much of a change over 2007, but the little things they changed (like the backstage view and DEAR GOD THE COLORSCHEME) make a big difference in the way using it feels. Same basic situation as Vista -> Win7

2007 gave me a reason to switch to Openoffice, and 2010 is giving me a reason to switch back (one of which being not hideously slow like OO)
I'm sure it's in the cards. They probably put it in the iphone first because of the "nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh" factor....they can gloat about how they did what apple/adobe won't stop fighting about to do.
I still love how Apple treats this as though no one but they could have ever come up with something like it....even though their primary competition had it a year before they did, with better techonology
I'll say the same thing I did about the luke wilson commercial

Is that seriously the best they can do?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
