Verizon BlackBerry Tour review {Engadget Mobile}
Jul 7th 2009 4:23PM one thing you really need to consider is that Wifi on a Blackberry is somewhat inherantly broken anyway. Sure, it's useful for web access and certain apps, but despite what every iPredroid zealot might make you think about what makes a smartphone a smartphone, internet ability is a secondary feature of a blackberry. It's primary function is, and always willl be it's email and messaging ability, and the reason it works so much better than any other smartphone is because of the way things get piped to/from the cell network through RIM's own servers. Wifi adds another channel where that info has to be directed before finding it's way to your device.

It ended up being a critical step in my progression of phones......going from a POS to the chocolate to my current enV2 and soon to be making the jump to a blackberry.

Walt Disney World unveils incredibly scary, robotic version of President Obama {Engadget}
Jul 3rd 2009 1:30PM Bush was already in there. The attraction goes down for scheduled refurb every 4 years to add the newest president, or in the case of a reelection, do techinical and content updates.
They start planning pretty much as soon as they know who's running for president, narrow plans down once you have the 2 candidates, and then start work immediately after the election.
