The Phurba Dagger is more functional. Because it does what it is made to do. Look Freakin' Sweet! I've been nice this year.
If a game can benifit from an install. I'd rather have an option, at least. Killzone 2 could've did away with the hitching between sections with an install. But, too many people whine about installs. so some games suffer because of it. It's super easy and cheap to upgrade your HDD. if your worried about space.
You will be missed Jem
people complain about Sony prices. Yet they'll pay $10 for an update for the ipod touch/iphone , that should be free. considering how much you pay for them. plus Sony is also including noise cancelling headphones which aren't cheap. if you dont want the products Sony offers just dont buy them.
I woul have enjoyed more DLC from RE5. But, seeing they locked the Save file and I had to send my PS3 in to Sony. Now I have nothing unlocked anymore. And there no way I'm investing that much time in the game again. Dev's need to Quit locking Save Files, there is no need to do that. all they need to do is lock them to you PSN ID.
It's nice that they kept the C&D confidential. like they asked them too
its probably because I've been with the PS brand since PSX but I prefer the DS3 over the 360 controller anyday. the biggest problem I have with 360 pad is not just being uncomfortable but its just unresponsive. especially the D-pad and bumpers. Plus since the last update my controllers keep disconnecting. So I've been using the wired controller. But i dont see spending $85 for an adapter just to use my DS3 controller. Maybe if it was half the cost or worked for both consoles for people who do prefer the 360 controller.
the hdmi port is probably vibrating loose. the best feature of NXE is copying your game to the HDD. before that I didnt play my 360 much because it was so damn loud compared to the Ps3. Microsoft really needs to work on the manufacturing of the hardware and improve the controller. the D-pad & bumpers suck.
yet another game Sony gives away vouchers for and I already have. It would be nice if they would start giving somekind of credit to the people who already own these games.
I know, I always go to Maxim for my Video Game Reviews. Just as I go to Joystiq for all my 50 cent music news.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
