yet another product none of us in europe will ever be able to buy!
runs pretty damn well on my packard bell laptop with this config...
pentium dual core 1.6 ghz
2 gb ram
ati radeon xpress 200m
although it was installed on a 4200rpm hdd which was utter crap!
seriously...5400+ is fine, but 4200 just slows down your installation process like hell!
there's only a few problems with the HP...
I live in the uk, which means they don't sell it... which means i'd have to get the tx2-1000 that would be 800 pounds... twice the price of the classmate... also, i already got a decent enough laptop, i only need a tablet with a decent battery life... and 12.1" is kind of big if you've got to bring it around with you everywhere... also, it's got vista... i had it on my laptop as a free upgrade... had to go back to xp and now my laptop has been on for over a month non stop with no problems... had to restart it every week back when i had vista!
me wants. would be so bloody useful for taking notes in class...
really doesn't convince me. You can boot up Linux faster on the AA1 under battery power!
i don't know about that... i know the corner shop guy quite well, and it's only about 10 metres away from my room!
also, why would you want a mini-fridge in the tv room? i got everything i need in my own room except space for a mini-fridge and food or beverages. i totally need this! :)

wish it could get up the stairs though :(
i would say there are some things the RC cooler can't do... or can it?
one less reason to ever leave the bed!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
