The Joystiq article mentions neither football or, ahem, 'soccer'. Trying to avoid the typical flame war that follows FIFA/Pro Evo posts, huh?
How to know if you are under the influence of illegal substances:
1. Cotton mouth
2. Life seems pretty good
3. You genuinely enjoy Night Ranger

BrandIndex is run in lots of countries outside the UK. This will (or should be) data from the BIX survey run in the US. I could run the UK numbers for us as I have a subscription, but I would be surprised to see Moto do as well here as on the chart in the article
Talladega Nights is an awful, awful film.
What?! So, to place a point/mark on the screen, you have to place three fingers approximately equidistant around it? And what if you want to click/mark right in the corner of the screen - surely at least one of your fingers would have to be placed on the bezel/off the screen itself to allow your three point calculation to work?

Apologies if I'm misunderstanding but, to me, your suggestion is frankly ridiculous and unwieldy.
"And finally, yes, Infinity Ward has tucked in another "Mile High"-esque post-game nugget, and no, I'm not going to say another word about it. Sorry. Zip. Nada."

I've completed the campaign and I have no idea what Kevin is talking about here. No idea at all - zip, nada. If there is a 'bonus mission' like MHC in CoD4 then I certainly didn't get to play it.
Yeah, but you'd be a fool to bet against Microsoft. They might look like the underdog against high-flying Microsoft, but Microsoft have been playing iy smart in the off-season and have really closed the gap on Microsoft. Having said that, and although a lot of people consider Microsoft the dark horse in this one, I'm going to stick with the form book and back Microsoft to win this tie.
@Archon

Perhaps Ghen meant it the other way around: as the 'What's new' tab on the DLC section on the XB Dashboard is usually 90% songs for GH, RB or Lips, it's hard(er) to find the new added content for all the other games.

As someone who doesn't play those kinds of rhythm games, this is a welcome addition to what's already looking like a substantial system update.
The Aino is nice, was in a shopping mall yesterday and popped into a phone shop to have a quick look. It looks to be very similar to the C905 except a little narrower, plus of course a (apparently limited-functionality) touchscreen and all the PS-related bits. I don't think the camera has a cover though so I'd be a little worried about scratching the glass.

The Satio, also just out, is a beast - absolutely huge. Looks nice but I've heard the real-time use doesn't match the impressive spec sheet, and thus it runs a bit slow.

More on topic, as I don't have a PS3 I'm not really interested in the Aino, but then it's not targeted at me. I'd like to see a Zune HD phone with capabilities to link with my 360 and XBLA titles though.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
