I can't wait to see manufactures take advantage of this.
I can't believe they skimped on a keyboard.

Shame on Lenovo.
"Also I am correct in saying that you can now browse the internet and receive calls yes?"

As far as I know, yes.
I always thought user experience was the main focus of Apple products, and that's very true with the iPhone. Sure, the hardware isn't the best, and there's nothing new being introduced (hardware wise) on the new iPhone 3G.

But you need to look at the whole user experience. A phone with the finest features money can buy can always fail due to a poor user experience.

Great review, thanks for posting.

Hopefully the plastic back will withstand daily use.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
