Sorry, I'm totally not impressed.

That could have easily been an outtake from Halo 3, the new engine doesn't look all that different and the character models still look weird. The "leaked screenshots" if legit were pretty meh as well and the Reach HUD was obviously recycled into ODST as opposed to the other way round.

I can't believe Bungie hype stuff so much. They really are kidding themselves.

Lovely.
I meant modern drama set in the 1960s... why can't I edit my comments?
Here's me thinking they were doing Heartbeat as in the recently-defunct ITV 1960's Police drama showing in the UK.

Now that would be a somewhat daring concept. Possibly a low quality 1960s GTA knockoff.
Didn't they always say that M.E. would be a trilogy?
Championship Manager is a football ("soccer") management sim, where you take charge of a team and can buy and sell players etc.

It used to be really amazing like 10+ years ago, but there is now a better spinoff called "Football Manager" made by members of the original development team. Since that came along, Championship Manager's quality has plummeted and it's no longer relevant.
I've been using the SX2210T for a project at work (sorry, can't talk about it).

The multitouch isn't half bad, I must say. Works great and is pretty responsive, plus as it uses cameras you don't need to have your finger directly on the screen; you can hover a millimetre above or so and it'll still work. Camera quality is absolutely fine for a conventional webcam, and the thing looks and feels solidly built. The bezel seems a little thick and clunky looking, though, but at least it's solid.

What I really need is an official launch for .NET 4.0 so that the native Windows 7 multitouch system works natively in WPF. That's the only gripe just now but Microsoft will fix it in time and it's not Dell's fault.
Tesco Value iPhone - the original 1G Model, in white, red and blue stripey box.

Tesco iPhone - the 3G.

Tesco Finest iPhone? It'll be the 3GS in silvery packaging.
The sad thing is that Joe Graff (I think his name is) has the cheek to go on the forums and say it can't possibly be his code that's at fault, we all suck and he is better than the rest of us.

The Gears netcode is a mess. He claims to have written the netcode for Unreal Tournament which wasn't half bad, so what went wrong? Obviously he screwed up and can't/won't admit to it.

I don't get how something so complex, intricate and error prone as netcode is left to one man on his own.
If they do Natal properly, I'm all for it.

However, I'm not going to sit back and watch my Xbox 360 turn into an HD Wii ripoff.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
