Actually SimbaDogg Verizon's Data is the EXACT same price as ATTs.
I think they should have put these two apps up against the Stock App from 3.0. It is quite an improvement.
Wow that case is pretty awesome. Any one know if there is a case available for the iphone?

First of all the iPhone doesn't either. The base plan for the iPhone is $69.99. And guess what, the bse plan for verizons touch diamond is ...$69.99. Get your facts straight before you bash moron.
oops my comment was meant for Microlith
I can't really agree with your android comment too much; Yes, the Android software has been available to the public for six months, but OBVIOUSLY its been available to handset manufactures for way longer. The G1 wasn't built in a day. There for other companies have had ample time to produce another Android phone and haven't. Either because they have been weary of a new platform, or they are concerned it wont sell to anyone but techy geeks.
I've gotta say I really love the new shuffle combo'd with the new (somewhat pricey) in hear head phones from apple. Brightens my day a bit when I use them. Its so strange to see so many haters posting on this little shuffle that they have no intention buying.
My guess is that if they can't make multi tasking/ back ground apps work with this generation hardware, they wont change that if and when a new phone arrives this summer. It seems logical they wouldn't force you to buy new hardware for something simple as multi tasking. If they want it, I'm sure they could make it work with all models.
Saad Rabia sounding like an idiot? ...ya DON'T say...
I think the reason this phone is so expensive is the same reason that the BOLD for att is aswell. My assumption is that Verizon gets raped everytime they sell a Storm, and so to help offset that, they charge a little more for their other handsets for a while. Cost for an 8Gb iPhone 3G is $674.00 and yet it sells for $199.00.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
