DIY MacBook upgrade {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Sep 1st 2008 2:48PM Funny because I just replaced my hard drive and RAM on my Macbook the other day.

I got a Western Digital Scorpio 320gb 5400rpm, but I was also considering the Seagate Momentus of the same size and speed. I ended up with the slightly more expensive WD because I usually get WD drives lately.

TUAW Tip: Freshening Up 'Recommended Applications' {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Aug 19th 2008 3:37PM I'm pretty sure once you select the application from the "All applications" list either once or a few times, it will become a part of the Recommended list. I may be wrong on that, but I remember doing it a few times.

Guitar Hero III 'Virtuoso Track Pack' now available {Joystiq}

Guitar Hero III 'Virtuoso Track Pack' now available {Joystiq}

Jul 26th 2008 12:13AM I'm probably not listening to the best of his songs. My friends like his stuff more than I do. I do like his songs but I was speaking more specifically about the two songs that have been available by him on the Guitar Hero series of games. Compared to the Steve Vai track in this pack, which is really listenable by all kinds of people, this Buckethead song is just a little too long and possibly repetitive.

Guitar Hero III 'Virtuoso Track Pack' now available {Joystiq}

Jul 25th 2008 11:26AM Downloaded, played. Win. All three songs are pretty epic, especially Joe and Steve's. Buckethead's songs are hard, but not that great to just listen to.

Jun 16th 2008 3:03PM Best Buy, or some other big box stores with regular sales. EB sometimes but I actually haven't stepped foot in one of them for a long time now.
