I would agree, it's probably touch. except I find the really annoying with any windows laptops i've used and I always turn it off. maybe the whole thing physically clicks down. that wouldn't be too bad. My guess is that power is either on the side or more likely, integrated within the keyboard. oh, and for the record, I checked the photo out in ps...

I agree with MadMike way at the top there...just looks like a colorware job to me. and here is my biggest f'n problem with a lot of you: if you hate the product, why waste the time to come bash it! see the headline; if you don't like it, move on. Tools.

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
