am i missing something? comparing the number of users of all Firefox versions to the users of an 8 year old browser seems completely pointless. i think this article should also mention the fact that IE8 is an auto update now, so many non-technical windows users would have received the upgrade from IE6 without even realizing it was happening.

Firefox is good, and i use it myself, but this seems like a pretty big stretch to make a completely insignificant point about firefox market share.
do you work for Comcast?
no laptop...... she must be waiting for it too.
i agree. i could care less about video or taking pictures. what i was crossing my fingers for is a 16gb version at that magic price point of $199. $299 is too rich for my blood, and i don't need 32gb anyway. i guess i'm stuck with my old school 5th gen. iPod with video for another year.
hey as$holes making all the comments about how the quality of this video sucks..... i say that the leaps and bounds being made by Canon (and others) in this technology are amazing. the combination of film and high quality video in a DSLR is in its infancy and yet they already produce video of this quality in essentially a 3rd generation product. i say hats off to canon (and others) for bringing such revolutionary technology to us in such a short period of time.
the level of negativity in this post has inspired me to go buy a 7D and film myself beating my dog. obviously it will be in 24p HD. with a shallow DOF.
i'm fairly sure i had one of those when i was in highschool. i got it from the shack. it was a Realistic brand i think. can this thing dub tapes?
i love a comment from true tech junkie. you want this product badly, but have absolutely no need for it. @Spedione,... i salute you.
watching that show once is bad enough. i think i'll pass on any new version. another thought.... does anyone know what makes high speed cameras (of a decent quality) so incredibly expensive? do they have actual shutters? is the memory buffer for large amounts of data the issue?
i have little sharks in my fish tank and one hell of a good idea.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
