My fave was when you guys made Apple stock crumble on a false tip!!
Nice one, engadget!
One million dollars!!! Muahahahaha
Thank you Engadget, for four years of reduced productivity at the workplace. =)

I ordered the top of the line 1.8 with SSD about 10 minutes after the announcement.

Several days ago, MACBOOK AIR 13/1.8/2GB/64GB-USA was "Cancelled and replaced with new product"- to MACBOOK AIR 13 CTO. So far the dates have not changed for me- Feb 6th Shipping.

Anyone know if the stores will have SSD versions, or just the base config??
we al love freebies!!
Absolutely bullshit.... I happen to work in the watch industry, and Rolex would NEVER EVER co-brand a product with any sort of other company- let along for a cellphone.
I call bullshit on this one...I was quoted $800 per 6 months on a new MERC CL550. I'm 28, which would lead me to believe that I would be in a high risk demographic.
Replacing my trusty Rolex Daytona. =)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
