It's been formally released to the market since last December. I saw it in the Meizu store in Shanghai (Tian Yao Qiao Rd.), about 400 meters south to the BestBuy megastore there.
I tried and wanted it to replace my wife's Nokia X5800. But she didn't like the look and preferred to save that 180GBP...It's just around 1900RMB now, which is about 280$$. The biggest pro is the music it played sounds much better than my iPod and iPhone... Anyway I won't trust it as a heavy workload smartphone at the moment. But surely it's a good piece of fun for multimedia.

It is believed that there are a "small number of people" in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology who are transferring our tax money into their relatives' pockets (who run these daft software companies). As simple as that.
If it's cheap enough, I would probably get one when I'm home this Christmas. Will make comparison with my iPhone's iTouch functions, such as storing, browsing and manipulating exciting photos etc...
It says "chemicals", should include sodium chloride etc.?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
