What's the big deal anyway? It's just a new front end on Webkit with a competing Javascript interpreter, a multithreading system that some people prefer but I find a memory waster and half the functionality of Safari. Konquerer and Apple already did all the real work, Google just repackaged it and put out a web comic. I've had Safari for years but it takes some Google release for Windows users to see that faster browsing is possible - but as a Mac user, why should I care whether Google wants to grace me with its presence?

Google can take its version of Safari, its version of Linux and its mobile Linux to somebody else's computer, I prefer mine working.
Why the heck can't MLB get the contracts with the TV networks that cause them to need blackouts modified so that there are no blackouts and the TV networks get a cut of the revenue? 99 cents per game, or $15 per month, must be much more than an individual's contribution to ad revenue, so it seems like a no brainer that they must be able to come up with a business model that allows the internet viewers to watch the game they actually want to watch - their home team's game!
I need more stuff.
I want stuff.
More to the point, why the heck doesn't ATT have tv for the iPhone?
The problem is that the ATT 3G network well and truly sucks. I'm finding dead zones all over, and this is in downtown Boston.

But. Is anybody else noticing a HUGE increase in speed? Used to be I couldn't break 60kB/s on inetworktest. Now I get 750-950. This is as fast as my cable modem.

I want tether!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I want a 13-incher. I need something with a great keyboard for typing, as this will mostly be used for note taking in class. I am absolutely smitten with the XPS 13, but I'm afraid that with its age Dell is going to give it an update soon. Any advice for someone in my shoes?"
