What in the world do people use this for?
I'd change some of the software issues with the iPod and iTunes itself. Apple has missed some key features imo.

Sorry about the picture links, I never can figure out how to do that right. Also, you can see how much time it took me to upgrade by looking at the time of the first test and the time of the second test.
Ok. Speed tests are in. Using www.testmyiphone.com, I tested my iPhone directly before I upgraded, and directly after. The iPhone was kept in the same exact place throughout the upgrade and tests. I have a 16GB Black iPhone 3G.

Before - 2 Bars, 1.19Mbps. (1191 Kbps / 145 kB/s)

"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
