I think I am going to pick those up, assuming the re-map is correct. I don't want to hit the hi-hat and hear a tom come out. I'm also hoping that if you have the cymbals then you can play GHWT with five inputs too.

Oh yeah and Neversoft? Congrats on bashing a company for copying a game idea when that's the whole concept of GHWT!
A budget-priced 103 in. TV seems to be an oxymoron.
As someone who's buying into the whole band game thing, I'm still looking for a straight up, in-depth comparison between the two sets of instruments, especially the drum sets and including the cymbal pack for the RB2 set. I'm getting tidbits here and there but mostly in reference to the existing sets. Right now I'm planning to get the RB2 special edition and the GH WT game/guitar pack and I want to make sure I'm not making a big mistake by not going vice versa.
Definitely a must read. Very interesting.
Anyone else starting to get a Paris Hilton vibe from him? I'm getting tired of all this will-he, won't-he, he dissed someone...
If it's a Kindle targeted at college students then I would assume it's one designed to partner with textbook manufacturers to provide Kindle versions of their textbooks. I really hope it's true, I would love to not have my backpack filled with books, but at the same time, the books would have to be offered at a steep discount, below how much you'd pay for a used book to make it worth it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
