And to suggest that you should need one tree to level and 5-man DPS (shadow) and then have to completely switch to a totally different tree and play-style in order to participate in end-game is ridiculous. Going from shadow to holy or disc is like playing an entirely different class. Are you supposed to all of the sudden know what to do with your multitude of lvl 80 holy spells? Are you supposed to know how to effectively heal a raid or even a 5-man when you've leveled up as shadow? What was the point of those 80 levels of practice in one spec when you have to just abandon it in order to continue? Come on man.
I think the issue is PVP, where no one really gets to stand in the back and just heal. A healer who can wear plate is the main reason Blizz made the class in the first place. Remember when Holy was the only viable spec?
Same issue applies to concentration aura and consecration... this is about PVP healing, not raid healing.
That's the funny thing though-- if an easier mode of transport exists people will use it even if they are the ones complaining about it. They need their hardcore-ness forced upon them by the developers.
Really... HD on the side of the house? For kids who don't care if it's 1080p or a low youtube stream as long as it's Sponge Bob? Sounds worth every penny of my $1000.. sign me up.
Actually stop and think about what you're complaining about. If they remove the insulting material, but then leave all the comments that quote it and refer to it, it's just like leaving up the original for people to stumble across. They aren't deleting ALL the comments about the issue obviously.. so it's not much of a cover up. Not to mention he publicly admitted wrong doing and apologized, so it's nothing like watergate. That big gray thing in your skull.. use it.
He wasn't acting like a dick.. he was acting like a character in that universe is supposed to act according to the rules and conventions of the game. It's interesting how people expect to be treated "nicely" by the opposing side in player vs player combat. It happens in all games and it makes no sense. If you don't enjoy that kind of play it's best to stick with PVE where you don't have to deal with playing the game as it's designed and killing you.
The ironic thing is that they're making it a lot more impressive to get a full set of 10 man gear since you won't be getting it with tokens, you'll have to rely on drops like the old days. That takes a lot more dedication and time in most cases.
As for rewarding better gear for harder content, I believe the difference in difficulty is what many people are complaining about. 10 man raids don't want easier content, they just don't want to have to deal with a bunch of people who they wouldn't be spending time with if it wasn't for purple pixels.
"I am looking for the best geotagging camera currently available. The most important feature for me is the accuracy of the GPS module, so any hard specs on satellite receiver would be really useful. Thanks for your time!"
