I have an Orange SPV m3100 which is the HTC Hermes and it has pretty much identical specs to this yet seems ALOT more portable, in use I find it's pretty much similar to a mobile phone when i want it to be, but then like a butterfly can transform into so much more! :D

Unless these specs are inaccurate I can't see this being a sucess when they have smaller better devices already on the market with the same power and infact more features.
I got a PS2 and a Gamecube last time round, I think this time round I'll definatly be getting a Wii and then waiting for the PS3 to come down in price to someting mroe reasonable.

I agree with what most people have said on this thread, just becuase the Wii doesn't have the processing power of an entire render farm doesn't mean it isn't a great console.
A product that switches all of your devices off (completely) at once when you press the standby button on your TV remote is in development at the moment which seems like a much better option to me, maybe the government should back this.
Intresting marriage of old and new, though I'm not sure it's worth the drive to kent to see. Infact I'm sure it's not.
In all honesty... as risque as it is, I don't think it's THAT bad, is it? I don't think it's racist in anyway, just powerful. Possibly a little too powerful for just launching a toy.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
