It doesn't matter, freedom of speech is only guaranteed in public or in other places where it is explicitly allowed. World of Warcraft and its forums are private property of Blizzard, and they have the right to set and enforce any rules valid under law. And restricting what you say is one of them.
Really, we should consider ourselves very lucky that blizzard actually hosts official forums and gives us the opportunity to give our feedback. There are MANY mmo's that don't even have any sort of official forum and the only way to talk to the staff is by GM tickets and whatnot.
