It's on the PSN for £24.99 - when I can buy the blu-ray copy online for £17.99.

Hmm - wonder which I'll go for?

How can they get away with that!
I love it - you assume I'm an 'Apple fanboy' - I actually have a Nokia N95, the supposed 'beast' with a 5mp camera etc etc.

It's shit.

How about you stick my N95 up your arse?
Great. Just what the industry needs.

By the time something along these lines comes out from Nokia the iPhone will have been updated - whether with software updates or a complete refresh. They'll already be behind.
Unforunately though, it's *still* an N95.
It's just a shame that the phone really does not live up to the specs then isn't it? I've had mine for a few months here in the UK and cannot wait for the iPhone to come out so I can replace it.

GPS is great but destroys battery life. The software is traditional symbian, which isn't bad - but feels slow and archaic when changing applications. The camera takes decent pics but is slow to use, and the camcorder on mine often crashes when saving videos (despite having the latest software using software updater).

It's about time Nokia learnt that there's more to making a great phone than just sticking the highest specced components you can find into a case.
Well 'Big' - I wasn't even responding to your comment, I was talking about the phone itself.

Dumbass.

Ok - so it runs extremely similar software to the Prada phone.

Which SUCKS ASS as a touchscreen phone.

One to ignore.

"Enough with the iPhone already. I really don't care who is gonna carry the service overseas...."

Well Mike - some of us reading this blog *are* overseas - and I certainly care about who's going to be bringing the iPhone to the UK.

The iPhone is a huge deal for Apple - hence the reporting of it here on the blog. Got some better Apple news to report? I'm sure they'd appreciate you sending them some tips.

I think T-Mobile have an EDGE network too - my friend has a BlackBerry and I remember seeing it saying 'EDGE' on the screen...

Either way - o2 would be an interesting choice, and I can't see o2 providing an EDGE network *just* for iPhone, nor can I see Apple relying on GPRS.

"can we stop with iphone this, iphone that for a few days...
get over it!"

I love all these comments saying this - the blog is called 'The Unofficial Apple Weblog'. The iPhone is the most talked about Apple product of recent times. Really - what are you expecting? I'd suggest that you stop reading the blog if it bothers you that much.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
