Why are you on an auto enthusiast blog posting about mpg/co2 for a mustang (last time I checked, you don't buy one for mpg)? Not a fan of the styling, but with this much HP they must be fun as hell to drive.
I tested it going to Tampa, FL on my G1 and it caches the directions and map when you lose service. However, if it you deviate away from the route then it will not update until a network connection is made. I didn't have any issues using it when on 3 different networks: 3g, edge, and gsm. The amazing thing is maps, restaurants, etc are always current. God I love google.
I am only taking 12 credits, bored and drinking.
I will fix the economy by downloading movies so hollywood stops making trash movies.
This would be amazing!
The update is amazing, the phone's UI and animations are sexy. I also love the calendar and music gadget. What I love about this phone is google allows you to customize the hell out of it, and by that I mean shortcuts to applications, contacts, folders, etc, anyone can make their home screen the way they want it.
I guess I can stop going to Settings > About Phone > System Updates! I kept thinking they forgot to send the update to my phone. I don't understand why they just don't post a link to download it, it's not that hard to place a file on the sd card and follow the directions to boot it up correctly.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a 12- or 13-inch ultraportable that can also play modern games at a reasonable level, for less than $1,000. I know the brainiacs out there can help me out. Love the site, thanks!"
