Now use FireFox for the plugins - but Safari 4 is clearly faster than all other browsers. Sites feel much snappier.

Must be an april fools joke - not a mention on the home page.
How are we so rich that we can create a 800 Billion dollar stimulus plan??
Why didn't we have this money when we were trying to fix the school system or health care?

Do they have iphone apps that do this??
They should.
Really? Maybe I'm no judge. I still can't believe I pay $2.40 for a slice of piazza!!
Wasn't it less than a dollar recently???

And 90 cents for a plain bagel - nothing on it.

Ugggh - just looking at those prices makes me mad.

Things should never be more expensive than the first time you buy it.
$80 is steep. I think you'll see these in the bargain bin next year for $20.
If the the mac community isn't much better than creating a virus, is the linux community next??

I hope we (Linux community) are not being "Like Mac".
When you download the actual copy, you can see amazing details.

A whitehead!!!???

Why wouldn't they photoshop the picture at least??

Presidents age unbelievably in 4 yrs. Compare this to the picture in his final weeks.

His skin will be wrinkled from smoking 2 packs a day by then and his hair will be gray and his eyes tired and sagging.
Steve Jobs - Good luck and be well.
Quarterbacks will be able to view strategies right on their wrists.
Instead of the play list on their wrists, they can see the previous play and the line up with the coaches notes.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
