Ram vs which phone?
Well, I will hate to admit it, but I do like WM. Then again I have been using WM since the old 2002 days and change is always a good things. Only thing that is turning me off a bit is not sure how the SQ on HTC devices are.
Man I was down to Omnia II vs the Eris, and was thinking of the Omnia II for the usually well rated Samsung SQ and AMOLED screen. But, at this price I may really have to say EFF it and get this.
At least it has an AMD cpu combo that has a pretty solid dual core variant, and thankfully the gpu is better than gma500/950 most netbooks have.

Base on what you are saying, since neither my MBP or Sony Vaio came bundled with Firefox, or Chrome, that neither browser is any good?
I don't know why HTC doesn't just start off with a WinCE 6.0(or 5.0 if you must) core and works it way from there. Then add WM software support and you should be good to go. That is if they want to say with MS.
divx can easily be added on. The Omnia II and Omnia Pro all come with divx standard. And I would think they have already ripped out for usage on most WM phones over at XDA.
If this had a netbook like battery life, it be closer to 5-6 hours of battery life.
Mother fing hell that road looks awesome. That like the greatest road in the world. Just give a nice Lotus Exige, NSX, or heck even a MR-2 Spyder with TRD package would do.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
