This is my first time watching this series. I'm looking forward to when they can spend a little more time on how each chef assembles their selection. Right now there are just too many cooks in the kitchen to really follow who has the skill (besides Kevin and the Brothers).
This would be beautiful
I can't help but think that Adam is playing us all. He knows American Idol is just a contest and he can game the rules just by doing what is expected of him. When this is all done and he's been voted the next American Idol, he'll just let out the biggest belly laugh and say "Y'all have been Punk'd".
Btw, if you liked the original BBC version, check out the new Ashes to Ashes on BBC America. It brings back a couple of characters from Life on Mars, this time in the 80s. That's a potential model for US shows as well. Set up a short 16 episode span then if it's a success jump the show ahead keep the good characters and give it a new name.
Save the world, make me Benevolent Dictator.
At this point I am clueless on how to solve the economy. How about we go all Godzilla on it's *ss and just level a few cities for fun.
Saving the world 3-D style
I want to save the world through music.
It's like the lotto, you can't win if you don't play
My solution is for everyone to enter Virtual Reality full time and work from home. Then the robots can take over the world.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
