-_- seriously some commenters here talk out their bums half the time. people who says is looks ridiculous and cheap should go find one and put it to the test its very ergonomic hence the ugliness and the build is superb, not only that its small than some of the other portables so it is acctually portable.
Good on Gizmondo for trying to show the world the actions of greedy investors and management that this device belongs in the world. I'm glad engadget post this news but i'm not sure having the bitter taste of reading the engadget article is worth it.
SHoe (nice name) might be a total huge gimmick but so has DS's touch screen look how good that turned out. the last gizmondo wasnt open your right but slightly wrong on the data thing you got given a simcard to use but the fact you can use any provider uses GPRS but depending on what your provider charges is up to your savvy bartering skills.you also never need to be connected to the net if you dont wish to (unless you want to be able to send and recieve messages).
yep steffie is the bad guy in all this HE however is not running the ship these days (thank god) Carl my be a bit iffy with a fruad aligation but im sure if there was anything dodgy he wouldve been busted. if a semi decent games console with andoid comes out then ill be very happy :)
@ thedesolate1 nop i drive a toyota :P and havent crashed it once :D
Lol nice picture. @jai techinically yes though more of a text/mms device with gaming/GPS aswell, battery life in the original sucks cause the boss carl said it had no power management settings changes, so only 4 hours of play (hope they fix this)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
