#21(Mike): Tulsa market. But my sales guy was pulling out his call list as I was leaving, so those two left are probably long gone. In fact, #28(KB) seems to have gotten one of the other two! Congrats KB!

Does anyone know why they're shipping so few phones to the stores, and so late?
Just got back from my local Cingular (corporate) store. I believe they had three 8525s in stock. Well, they only have two now. :-D

Wow, I've been waiting since July, and now it's sitting on my desk!! Oh happy day!
#10: The study is linked to in the zdnet page (the Via link).

75% lug around a pda?! Not likely. I'd like to know what the demographics were on this study.

And how are they classifying smartphone? Do they consider smartphones and pda phones to be different?

There were screen alignment issues with early models, especially the TyTn (the 8525 is a variant of the HTC Hermes. The TyTn is HTC's own branded variant).

Look under Resources, Hermes Problems. I highly doubt the 8525 will have similar problems, and there are fixes if it does.

Wow, I've ben waiting for this phone for something like four months now!

"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
