because they way you flash android phones is by using a micro-sd card.It has something to do with the way the bootloader works.HTC branded phones (read: That are NOT powered by google) use a flashing program throught windows , the rest use a combination of OTA+MicroSD flashing

imate used to sell the exact same phone under a different name . I think it might have been their first , but i could be wrong.

"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother.
