Torch was originally leaked by BGR back in January as a Krave 2. After 10 months, wonder if they still plan to market it with Krave dna or get rid of the flip cover and go full-on touch phone with MotoBLUR. Either way, I have to applaud Moto for hanging onto the phone to improve it with Android.
That TMo Hauwei looks like the same TMo Pulse prepaid Android phone they are marketing in UK. I hope they offer it prepaid stateside so people like me can finally enjoy Android.
Can't really pass a final judgement until the specs are leaked/released. But could those white dots at the top right be a front-facing cam? Time will tell.
G1, seriously? I would rather get a HTC Hero or myTouch, or even wait another couple months to see what the Moto Sholes turns out. Any of these are better than G1, by far.
Give it a rest, man. Moto is not going anywhere. I did not really like the design of Alexander and A3100, so this is not really a surprise to see them scaling back while its still in the pipeline. But count on its Android phone coming later this year to be as revolutionary as the Pre and iPhone.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
