-every joystiq commenter ever."
...He says, in his comment on joystiq.
"Is that supposed to be 'black'? Because from over here, I'm seeing 'medium grey'."

Indeed. Have they forgotten how to make black plastic so quickly?
For the sake of my own mental health, I'm telling myself the first commenter was being ironic.
mcchicken: He wasn't talking about the DS game, he was talking about the Wii game. Weren't you just saying something about reading comprehension?
I think I understand why they're called Con & Con.
Tried it yesterday, had a few problems.

1) Text fields on AJAX-heavy pages were impossible to use; when I clicked on them, the on-screen keyboard would pop up for about half a second and slide away. I had to press 2 (which I believe disables AJAX, CSS, and other presentation markup) to use them.

2) There's no way to press Enter on forms that have no submit button! You can insert a carriage return in the form via the on-screen keyboard, but that's not the same thing. Makes it impossible to use things like Meebo.
I don't know about other games, but City of Heroes has this in the form of the Paragon Times, an in-universe style newspaper featured on the CoH website. And I'm sure most MMOs have forums where game-universe history is chronicled in extensive detail.
It makes me sad that the MacBooks keep having so many problems, I kinda want one. And thanks for the sample vid, I had no idea what a flickering screen might look like. :-P
An HD-DVD drive, and a wireless network adapter. And perhaps a second wireless controller.
Sunsets over the beach in Gulf Shores, AL.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
