Plus, the OLPC XO-1 isn't aimed at those least developed countries but rather at those established enough to afford this education like Nigeria and India.
Was it a German who put on the cruise control on an RV and then went in the back of the RV thinking that it was gonna steer itself? Was it a German who put the pet in the microwave to have it dry? I know, those are just urban myths but I wonder why they always involve Americans, not Germans.
And no, he is not gonna sue, we Germans don't sue everyone's ass cause we were too stupid to use common sense.
The amount of totally retarded comments by ignorant rednecks is just unbelievable. No, the EU is not xenophobic and they DO NOT want M$ to reveal their whole source code. It is (as stated by a fellow German above) the simple ask for the interfacing code in sever software. This IS important because there are a lot of OS floating around in the server market and without the interfacing knowledge, the other manufacturers are doomed. M$ is trying to take advantage of their power and abuse it. You see, the EU is FOR competition, not against it. Get your facts straight before you post. Else it's just ridiculous.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
