Darren: Can you gather some PowerEX rechargeable and compare them? I do not know what voltage the PowerEX comes in, but they last forever. They are rated at 2700mAh. I have replaced all my non-chargeable batteries in my household with them.
It might be worth a look.
Can you guys also review the multi touch monitor from HP, which were released lats Thursday?
I am interested in picking one up but I haven't found a review yet. Thanks Engadget.
Gosh, now i see where the obnoxiousness on all the Mac commercials are from...
I like Mac, I like windows even more, the upgrade rate in my opinion, from people stuck with Vista or using XP right now will go crazy over the 7 upgrade. It is just better.
I don't think the corporate world is going to switch however, not in this economy right now anyways.
Breaking NEWS:
Apples Inc. is suing Washington Apple Trees and the bug that took a bite out of the apples grow on those trees.
This post would make sense if it were posted about 4 months ago, but seriously, bargain? Apple? WTF
Some can argue with the iPhone entering Chinese market, they can pick up a lot of market share and drive up the stock price, but still not a bargain.
I wonder how many Bloggingstocks readers can easily change their portfolio to accommodate for this $100,000 per share stock. I know I cannot.
@naturlichfrisch
I don't know what magical iPhone you have. I have to be driving for at least 10 minutes before Navigon lock in a signal. The GPS chip is a piece of shite in my 3GS. Somehow, in 3G, the GPS lock in a signal much faster. (I did a comparison side-by-side)
What I don't get is that while google map can locate the position by just tapping the locate cursor, Navigon cannot.
I would not recommend anyone who needs GPS to use the iPhone as their only GPS, get a standalone. It is much better.
Based on Apple selling 1 million units of iPhone 3GS in 3 days, each with a new/renew contract, I would say the consumers see the iPhone is justified for its asking price.
It is not a surprise that Apple and ATT block Google voice, this application give you a free number and you can send and receive text messages for absolutely FREE. ATT currently offer three texting plans for the iPhone: $5 for 200txt/mth, next higher plan is $17 for 1500txt/mth, the highest one is $20 for unlimited text/mth. See any pattern here? It is helping ATT to sell this plans. If I were the CEO of ATT, I would have requested apple to block it too.
If you buy a phone from ATT and add the unlimited data plan, you will get unlimited text messages. Oh, except the phone that people want: iPhone and Blackberry.
Can I get a body kit upgrade to get rid of the fugly plastic trim on the bumper?
I thought Ford got it right with the mustang. The 2010 really disappointed me..
Anyway, the track upgrade would make the car nicer, but I REALLY doubt it can beat a M3, seriously.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
