Has the developer contacted Apple? Has TUAW contacted Apple for comment? It could be as simple as Nintendo objecting to the icon, which looks very much like Nintendo intellectual property.
The iPhone coming to Verizon does warrant a WWDC keynote. Christ. At the most it warrants a little media event at the Apple campus.

Another MS product that won't be half as good as the crap they spew about it.
There are international versions of the app store aren't there? Why wouldn't Elgato just submit two versions? The US version would have 3G streaming disabled, the other would not.
Do we have to be in a clean room for it to work correctly? So far every demo has been in one.

"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
