Cool concept. Poor Design. Antenna needs to rotate like the screen of a tablet pc. Also..a detactable antenna would be nice. Price point way to high. As a retailer I would expect to maybe sell two of these during to summer.
I am the manager for a cingular store here in the mid-west. I have ordered, or rather tried to order the 8700 every day since "black Friday". The distribution center will NOT sell them to us, I have been told to place the order everyday and eventually it will go thru. So those of us working for cingular are no better off than the rest of you.
