Thats all I have to contribute here..
If the T800s come out sooner than we expect then this war will be over.
@Eleazar

Damn! I was going to make an Obama comment, I thought I was being so clever..

Kudos to you, Eleazar, for beating me to the punch.
I have to admit, as soon as I saw that thing I kind of wanted it even without knowing what it does.

Regarding the iPod Touch - isn't it just lacking the software to utilize FM radio? The new nanos use the headphone cord as an FM antennae, although I suppose it still needs a receiver. so the iPod Touch has a built in receiver? MY HEAD ASPLODES!!

But will it molest you when you have it in your pocket?
Bah - I was going to make a comment about how almost none of the apps are useful but I see I have been long beaten to it.

I have 4 pages of apps on my iPod Touch, I only ever really use 1 or 2. All the useful ones you need internet connection and when you are out and about that is often not possible.
I have my iPod touch in a case with a cover that velcros shut. I just put a small piece of the opposite velcro on the underside of the top of the dash that goes over my gauges, so I just velcro the opened case to that other piece and it keeps my iPod touch in place - I can watch simpsons episodes while I drive which is great especially in the winter time when it takes an extra 15 minutes to get home. Sure, I can't see my speedometer but I just keep up with the other traffic.
Brian, that is probably because I didn't RTFA. Kudos to you for exposing me.
With the camera being at Wal-Mart, I bet they will be stolen in record numbers. It's not like they have the best and the brightest working there.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
