@nub pwned.
@Gabe what does that mean? i'm so curious!
@flextopia It's a known fact I am a lover of phones with physical keyboards.
@flextopia never said i liked an iphone ad, dude.
@ljm general lack of info. this one's better, imo. just an opinion though -- they're just two very different approaches.
@Mach EngadgetDoes. iDon't.

JK -- I'm not sure we really have a cohesive opinion on them, just wanted to make that LOL.
I personally am not a fan of Verizon's Droid ads -- has nothing to do with the iPhone (though I do think that's obviously their aim). I'm not into them because they're intensely stupid and uninformative, and I don't like being talked down to. That is, however, my own personal opinion, not the opinion of "Engadget."
@(Unverified) This is actually really unclear at this point. As stated by a lot of commenters (and tipsters), pre-orders with ship dates IN THE PAST have not been changed, and yet no one has a Nook yet. We're keeping our eye on the situation, and I've updated the post to try to make it a little clearer.
@(Unverified) We've been doing these for over 3 years now, because we think they're fun. Your call.
@triptych See, I think part of the charm of my Screen Grabs posts is that I never actually get any of the details of the shows or movies right. You might say, in fact, that I intentionally misrepresent what's going on.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
