battery life? water proof? tin foil proof?
how about seeing if its microwave safe?
well (insert skynet joke here), you've been warned!
you do realize that laying in the sun all day causes skin cancer? also i can only imagine the tan lines that thing would give.
i want one of these!!! i think they would make great rear speakers for my computer. or if you really want to annoy people i'm sure you could make them into some sort of mickey mouse style hat, or a pimped out flava flav necklace.
battery life?
maybe i have no idea about anything, but can't you get a bad mamma video projector for about $2k and project something with the same resolution over an entire wall?
@Eazy, dude, have you ever heard of a pilot project? this was done as a test to see if the idea would work, not that it does there going to build it on the whole line, or did you miss that last part?
in regards to security, as far as i understand walmart is looking to have their supply chain use this for the big shipment boxes moving in and out of their stores, so unless walmart starts stocking Rolex's i don't think it will be to much of a problem
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
