Has a court ever forced a manufacturer to recall and take back customer's owned systems (eg. the Psystar illegall clones)?

I'm actually pleased they affirmed Apple's rights to OS X-especially in the area of what it can be run on.
Great to see ShoveBox-never heard of it, so I'll be getting the free bundle (always like it when Macheist does free offers).
Also own a touch screen Sony camera-a 2007 DSC-T70.

I agree about the fiddly touchscreen-on mine, I find it a bit hard to control sometimes, but overall the touchscreen is great.

I'm just reading one of the DSC-TX1 reviews-makes me think of the DSC-TX1 as being a quite nice camera.

Sony should have put a 3.5" screen on it (like on the 2007 DSC-T200 had for instance.

Can't see Apple including this-as it'd be limited to the US-where ATSC is used.

I could see however, Apple adding mobile ATSC and some form of DVB-so it could used in Europe, Australia, etc.
Could this studio work with MS on continuing the Flight Simulator franchise (like what one of studios formed out of the Ensemble closure does)

I'd think it'd great if they could create a innovative iPhone and NDS/PSP/Wii/PS3/Xbox/PC flight simulation type game-perhaps taking advantage of 3GS and the latest technologies.
It's strange Apple won't let you import videos from a iPhone-maybe the next future update after 8.0.5 will address this.
Nice to see Backup offered as a download for both users of MobileMe and other users.

For me, not being a member of MobileMe-a 100MB limit is fine as I always like to make small backups.
What about those not buying new PC's-they could always use the web apps.

I like Works-but it doesn't have modern features like th ribbon, pdf/xps output, etc.
Apple's lawyers for this case is Baker & McKenzie-has Apple used this law firm in the past?
Those links to the trademarks seem to be giving me 404 errors.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
