LOL...you exchanged your 3GS which came out after the pre to buy your pre, what you bought a 3GS, used it for a couple days then bought a pre...uh I call BS on that one...nice story though troll, go back to your dungeon.
For the record...if Palm and everyone else thought there were soooo many better alternatives to iTunes then they would not keep patching it every time Apple prevents them from bootlegging their software. If Palm wants a music interface so bad...invent one!!! Or license it...just stop trying to steal it...yes they are manipulating the software and thus stealing access.

I realize those of you who steal music/movies/software via bittorrent and the like think this is no big deal or striking a blow against "the man" but it is not legitimate...full stop.
Uh-oh...all the Nokia fans are going to be cheesed off with that title...oh noes...
Microsoft's message to the general public:

"We are going to screw you because that is how we operate...let the few developers profit at the expense of everyone else."

Although considering there will probably only be a handful of app sales I guess it makes sense...$0.99 is the winning formula for everyone...if you make a worthwhile app you will sell it several hundred thousand times.
Not what the article says...you have inside scoop or just making that up...

Too bad you are alone (or at least very by yourself) in that belief...LOL
The ads suck and what Gary Keopke DOESN'T understand is when people talk about the ad they say "did you see that creepy ad with a woman doing ?!?! How stupid" They don't know what the product is or even talk about the product so Palm is not really getting any traction from these...stuuuuuuuuuuuupid
Amazing how many people on Engadget own iPhones...from all the pro Microsoft, Rim, Nokia, Palm posts, not to mention the Apple bashing posts, you would think there aren't any Apple fans on this site...

I guess Apple did sell some iPhones...of course, everyone on this site won't be upgrading because they hate their iPhone or have jailbroken it because they hate AT&T or Apple's iron fist...lol you guys crack me up.
If you haven't used Time Capsule or an Airport Extreme you really should not be running off at the mouth...I have had Linksys, Netgear and SMC routers and the Apple Airport Extremes are TONS better in terms of setup, speed and capabilities. The integrated hard drive (which apparently others can't figure out) is an outstanding option that brings the entire package together.

Can you scour the web and find a cheaper router and a cheaper hard drive, sure...if I wanted to wait in line outside Best Buy on Black Friday for 20 hours I could probably get both for $10 but that is stupid. Can you do that when you want it, no.

Knock Apple's products all you want, they work pretty frickin well and for those of us not looking to jump through 10 hoops to save $2 it is the ideal product!!

"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
