From Page to Screen: 'World War Z' {Cinematical}

Jun 30th 2009 8:53PM Can't wait to see "Yonkers", where the US realizes that it's technological superiority will not amount to a hill of beans in face of 5 million ghouls. The canadian camping incident will look very nice on screen. The japanese hermit was a great concept.

The indictment of reality TV and the slaughter of celebrities is worthy of Romero, the way I pictured it, I really hope that makes the cut.

Discuss: Why Does Everyone Hate Kirsten Dunst? {Cinematical}

Jun 8th 2009 9:22PM It's the teeth. I remember all of my friends (male and female) remarking on how distracting her weird teeth were during the Spiderman movies.

I personally have nothing against her.

Discuss: The Curious Case of 'Drag Me to Hell's Button {Cinematical}

Jun 7th 2009 4:14PM I thought that her loving, perfect, lovable Josh Long would be the victim of the curse.

My question is will there be a return from hell, Lohman gave Ash a run for his money a few times.

OCZ's Z-Drive priced at Amazon: $1,561 and way up {Engadget}

May 19th 2009 11:18AM @Timoh

Yeah, your supercar thing doesn't hold up too well either. You may have your 2001 Ferrari Speghetti appreciate $10k from list price in 8 years, but it will be the exception. Most luxury and sports cars fall to about 50% of original list after a short time.

The Worst Wolverine Costumes Ever {Cinematical}

Apr 30th 2009 3:41PM I'm ashamed to say I was Wolverine for halloween 2 years ago... I made the claws out of cardboard and indeed wore pleather...

but I wore boots indeed worked out for 3 months complete the effect... but I can't claim that I did better than any of those dudes minus the guys in yellow...

PhaseOne P40+ medium format camera hits the streets of Copenhagen {Engadget}

Apr 29th 2009 6:31PM And just food for thought:

I'm betting that the 10mp mode at 3200iso looks better than any consumer SLR at 200ISO. The photosites on a medium format cam are gigantic, that's where they get their resolution. Using them together with the intent to speed things up a bit would make for a mighty impressive photo.

Exclusive Clip from 'Black Dynamite'! {Cinematical}

Apr 23rd 2009 8:35PM I can't wait to see this film again, my wife will love it.

Panasonic expands Lumix FS line: DMC-FS12, DMC-FS62 and DMC-FS42 {Engadget}

Apr 17th 2009 11:47AM damnit, Leica lens, i'm dumb.

Panasonic expands Lumix FS line: DMC-FS12, DMC-FS62 and DMC-FS42 {Engadget}

Apr 17th 2009 11:46AM do what i'll be doing, get a Panasonic LX-4 when they come out. The LX-3 had a f/2.0 wide angle lens equivilent to that found on the Laika cameras.

The reason not to go for the LX-3 right now is that well, they aren't being manufactured, and it's impossible to find htem new without it being $100 over MSRP. Just wait patiently and it'll be worth it.
