Uh Chris, the iPhone is quad band.
Aye Aye lackie
Staring at a screen with fingerprints all day sure beats staring at the shine of a screen that's gloss.... wait...
Meh,

I'll believe it when I overpay* for it.

*Yes, I'm going to buy one
It is actually, they have it on most of their handsets, it's being beta tested, secretly disguised by removing all native functionality and GUI and replacing with amazing alterations such as VZNavigator. The final release will be much more solid as that's the launch of VZPic, which will be the only way to view photos on the phone you've taken with the phone ($.10 fee per view, or $19.99/mo for unlimited* views)

*Unlimited refers to 500 views, $.25 per view overage
Engadget: Please move to Michigan! This would solve the problem with ¡Eye and "¡i "Cluk

wow, just realized it takes Cluk 5 keystrokes to type the letter i, truly astonishing...

Copied and Pasted via Google Phone G1
Not everyone reads every tech blog out there. Who cares if Engadget isn't first, if they didn't report on it, I'd probably not hear about it.

So thank you Engadget!

P.S. I just can't wait until they get a solar case for my brand new TI-84 Silver Edition.
I liked the box it came in...
Give it a 3G network, that'd be the first thing. (Aware T-Mob has started)

Onscreen keyboard *please*

Faster effing CPU, thing can reeeeeealy lag

Better contacts interface on the phone part

Multiple gmail ability (on the main push account)

Make the damn chin slide up also, gets in the way

Get rid of the pathetic troll losers commenting in the App Market, if Engadget posters were that bad the comment system would be shut off on more than just the Storm article

More than 5 apps worth using bandwidth on.

And finally: Copy/Pas... oh wait, we DO have that!
You DO realize that this means EVERY OTHER cell phone in the world has a BIGGER screen than your penis, right? This would include that sweet cell phone watch with the 1.8" OLED display.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
