AT&T, O2 post updates on iPhone 3G stock situation, promise they don't have a secret cache {Engadget}
Jul 24th 2008 4:25PM The Apple website displays stock at the end of the previous day -- so if my local Apple store has some iPhones that they haven't sold today, the website will show stock tonight. If they sell out today, despite the fact that they had phones today and will probably receive a new shipment tomorrow morning, the website will show out of stock for the whole period.

Jul 24th 2008 4:02AM Oh god, I feel absolutely terrible now. I typo'd -- the VZW number should be -6300, not -3600. Got it from the extensive list at http://www.howardforums.com/archive/topic/197226-1.html.
What a terrible typo =( I'm so sorry!

Jul 23rd 2008 10:24PM I want to know who is getting paid to write these press releases. I count at least twelve uses of "enterprise" in the main press release...nothing like keyword spam, I guess.

But then I remember how many hours of my life I've wasted waiting for S60 menus to appear...and I feel better.

Jul 14th 2008 4:58PM If you have access to AT&T Premier (== you have any sort of discount at AT&T through your employer), you can get a $0.05/minute plan for $13/month. It's actually pretty close to on-par with the plans that come with packaged minutes, and you'll never waste money on minutes you didn't use. Nation Flat-Rate 5, I believe it's called.

Sanwa's CD-RE1AT repairs beat up discs {Engadget}
Jul 1st 2008 8:45PM Holy bad taste, batman! I generally love Engadget's sense of humor, but making a morning-after-pill metaphor is a bit distasteful for a disc repairer, no?
