With the last month's news ALL ABOUT ANDROID and maybe the HD2.

Then the Droid sales reported in Nov/Dec with a jump larger than the original iPhone and near same sales iPhone 3G sales but within less markets.

Apple's feeling the pressure.

Why would they go to verizon? All those anti-Verizon commercials about their network not being able to "multi-task" sort says no thanks.

A box that needs a USB and **pops open** is a plain waste. It should have completely had rotated out of the way and had 3 sides drop down in soft touch style, creating a display podium. Especially if it's that big. But a popup is plain American fast food-ish. Me not want.

Also, the phone itself--4 row > 3 row keyboard hands down.

Most likely follow the iPod game plan:

Faster CPU (given), more gesture tech, and .... COLORS.

Otherwise, same battery life, fragileness, and nose in the air posh attitude.

I thought Tmo's AWS was 1700mhz.

Then again SE has always been good about supporting both AT&T (locked) and Tmo (unlocked).

Yes, Just cancel my old iPhone 2yrs sub.

I still can't understand what the heck are these iPhone users downloading in NYC and SF? I mean there's so much in videos and music streaming.

Of course unless they're jailbroken (which is then an Apple problem pushed onto AT&T).

Equivalent to a Bentley Motorcycle.

(And Ducati makes better ones, but Bentley will still get some customers, just like JBL and Bose in this case).

The VZW deal for palm will help, BUT if HTC and Moto flood CDMA with Android devs in 2010 like this year, it's pretty much over for Palm. Otherwise, Palm needs to move into MIDs, ebooks or netbooks.

Once a PalmOS dev for 5yrs, and seeing the technology and how the business was executed in the last year: it was nice knowing you Palm.
