It says Universal Music Group under the Universal symbol on the BDA site.

Don't know exactly what that means for Universal, but it certainly doesn't discredit their 100% support of HD-DVD on the film studio side of things.
Name's Murphy in Resistance. I'll try to be on tonight, watching Lady In The Water with some friends.

On Blu-ray!

If I'm not on, hope to see you next week and have a great time.
Where's the Metal Gear Solid love?!
HP doesn't want to get into video game production, they would obviously want to get into the Gaming PC arena (hence, Voodoo), and provide new hardware (probably not home consoles, at least not yet) specifically geared towards the most immersive gaming experience.

It was hard for me to welcome Microsoft when they announced their gaming desires (Blue screen of death, anyone?), but they hired the right people to provide a solid gaming experience.

That's my assumption, anyway.
"belive" is certainly spelled wrong, fake?

Well, in terms of using 9/11 imagery to sell a product, we should also think about World Trade Center as not just a tribute movie, but a means of revenue for the studio(s).
Yeah, I also noticed they had a whole row of these players in Casino Royale. Because it was a Sony picture, every gadget was Sony-made (laptops, phones, blu-ray players, etc...)
This should do while the Engadget Commercial Contest winners wait around for Engadget to get the laptop to them.

Yes, I want a 360. Yes, we're still waiting.
My newly acquired, 2nd shipment PLAYSTATION 3 computer entertainment system, of course.
So, waaaaaaaaay back when, when EB/Gamestop had their pre-orders, I was good ole' #6. (Even better was the manager began doing pre-orders even before the official event started the morning before, you just had to buy it in some sort of bundle).

I sat comfortable, knowing I would recieve a PS3 on launch day, along with several of my peers. The store was set to recieve 20 systems by this time.

Here's where I get screwed. I had applied to work at that very same EB Games I pre-ordered through. I was then hired on to work for them for part-time. Then the actual number of PS3s they were getting came out.

"We're only getting 8, so you aren't getting one on launch day." (Manager). I could understand corporate policy of 'if an employee acquires a pre-order, they shall be put at the end of the pre-order list to make it fair for the customer." I contested with my manager, a jerk, but even though he 'didn't disagree with me' (it was his decision to do this to me in the first place) he couldn't change anything because he had already called the people who would be getting a PS3 on launch day. Even if I quit, which is the main plan now (not just because I couldn't get a PS3, but the way he handled the situation by not telling me before acting on a stupid call) there was nothing he could do".

Thanks, manager. You suck.
BTW, Sony Computer Entertainment has nothing to do with the battery malfunctioning. That is another division.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
