I'd still like the freebies for cryin' out loud.

Sony was dickish enough to send me a voucher for a free ep of Vampire Diaries, then refuse to let me use it!
@CJ "Can you imagine having a portable SNES/NES/GAMEBOY/N64/PS (theoretically for the last two) that you will literally carry EVERYWHERE you go?"

I have that on my PSP with tv out
Canada still getting screwed
No vote from me:

This asshole ruined a DEV KIT!!! WHY? Couldn't he have sacrificed a regular XBOX? Or even just bought a case? Why ruin a piece of history? And worst soundtrack ever!

Answer to your question: Cause that'd be worse, many times worse.
For starters, it'd be a shared system. What if someone else is on it when you want to be on? You have no access to your saves.
And yet there are morons who think on-live will work.
You are an idiot
UMDs arent that big, gameboy carts, tapes, cds and many other things we lugged around are bigger

UMDs are perfectly portable
This DS is huge enough, now you want people to carry a GBA too?
That and the crappiest controls I've ever used in a game...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
