Except, AndrewT, that some fish can also go up on land. For example, look up the African Lungfish.

The problem with EULA is that I don't get to see it until after I bought the disc the game is on, or after I paid for the download over the web. If I pay for the game, then I see the EULA and I don't want to click agree, can I return the game for my money back, because all the stores I am familiar with won't let me return an opened game, and sites I download from don't let me 'return' the download. EULA's are the bait and switch after it's too late. There is an agree/decline button, but it's lose/lose for me. I either agree to terms that I don't like, or I disagree and never get anything for that money I lost.
Happy Birthday!!!

I love visiting the site. Thanks for the last four wonderful years.
Spyro looks amazing.

Also, don't take the record gathering to PAX. AnimeExpo or Otakon (depending on if there is a preference of which coast) would be the best venue. There are way more than 80 videogame cosplayers at either convention. Hell, there's more than 80 Kingdom Hearts cosplayers at the con, and that's just from one game.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
