The 3870 is NOT a weak card, sheesh.

Have you checked for malware and spyware and stuff? Maybe try doing a fresh install on another hard disk/partition and run the same tests.
aardWolf: No, it isn't? You can set it up to show the...you know...login screen when you turn it on?

Not saying that isn't a useful feature, maybe the place you work at or bought your computer from set it up that way, but if you do a custom install it does not ask you to Ctrl Alt Del to login.
If you're going to do it, you should do it on the best hardware there is.

No, it's only worth it when your cards are 3 generations old.
Those leather pads will never last.
A lot of international airports in the rest of the world already have free WiFi.

"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
