I for one do not welcome our nurse overlords.

How will all my hospital fantasies be met va a robot? :)

"Oh nurse.....!"
Instead of the leather carrying case that didn't sell they'll introduce one that will sell:

iPleather

Since retro is in, why not a vinyl carrying case? One complete with seat sweat?
I have a small army of NX9010 I have to maintain. If these are of the same quality, run away. I've never had a set of machines that went through hard drives so quickly, it's a joke.
>Final, dude you can connect to the internet today, >thanks to MICROSOFT, and THAT is a fact.

What planet are you from? Who said that "The internet is a fad, it’s not really relevant to our core business." It wasn't Jobs.

>It's partly market-share but mostly that OS X is a >fundamentally more secure OS.

Bingo, as are pretty much are all the *nixes.
I hope it can hold a lot of weight, because with the ballooning of kids now it's gonna have to.
First AOL fires 5k people, then AOL releases search terms. If you remove the caps lock they'll have no way to type.
I tried one of the originals, it was a pain. No feel in it. Looked cool but try leaning back to type in your lap. It's not happening.
Before this gets too out of hand...

Our police just bought 2 of them. For their use I think they're great. For my transportation? Not yet. I have a short interstate commute and the non interstate route is down a pretty big hill and up the other side (they're going to put a foot bridge over the river, which will help a lot). Groceries? Maybe a few things in a backpack.

I alternate between a car and a bike. On some work days - I have offices that are 1.5 hours away - I drive. On "casual days" I bike in since the ride is a b*tch. We have no showers at work so I will stop at the Y nearby and get cleaned up so I don't smell too bad.

I'd give an arm of my city was more pedestrian friendly. They're putting in bike lanes but only single width that barely handle a bike and are more of a place for road debris than bikes. :P
Or link two together for some hot reel to reel action! You might even be able to put a turntable up on top of it.
I used to go yearly as a vendor and while there was swag the majority of the people didn't walk away with free consoles and arms full of games. I scored better at Networld/Interop, that always was the motherlode.

Boothes are horribly expensive, a company can easy drop 50k at such a show. Fly the staff in, put everyone up in hotels, pay for meals, the booth rental, shipping to get everything there and back, etc.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
