these chips have been made. the new upcoming xpPhone (xpphone.com) has a chip for all mobile standards (gsm, cdma, td...from there website) so this could be made, but then again with all the iphone/att bashing big red has been doing lately i dont see why apple would want to make verizon even richer
it might be cuz you updated to the newest version of swirly...i tend to wait until the newest verison is out awhile to see if its really better than the one im using....and actually swirly didnt work for me until the newest one came out so im glad i kept the old version
@ pipersdragon

is it possible to tell att that your using lets say a bb pearl and then just put your sim card in your iphone and voila you can mms all day?

im on tmobile so i dont know i was just wondering
@ slamEVIL

actually if you break "mms" down it stands for multimedia messaging service...that could be any form of media not necessarily a picture
read comment above.
use google. its as big as it is for a reason: it really works when you click search
wow. why would you ask such a question? that should be a no brainer...

They sell them at Fry's Electronics

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
